Refund & Returns

Because we sell fresh, consumable food products, our return and refund terms are designed to keep every jar safe and hygienic while still looking after you if something genuinely goes wrong. Please read this policy before placing your order.

01 Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not already been dispatched. Once this window has passed, or once your order has left our kitchen, it can no longer be cancelled, as preparation and packing will already be underway.

To cancel within the window, contact us as early as possible on 089777 47889 or info@shfoodsindia.com with your order number.

02 Returns

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on delivered food items. Ghee and honey are consumable products, and once a sealed jar has left our control we cannot verify or re-sell it. We appreciate your understanding — this protects every customer.

03 Damaged, defective, or wrong items

We pack every order carefully in protective, sealed glass jars, but if something arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the item, the seal, and the outer packaging.
  • Keep the product and packaging until your claim is resolved.

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund for that item — whichever you prefer.

04 Refunds

Where a refund is approved (for an eligible cancellation or a verified damaged/incorrect item), it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, though the exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Refunds apply to the price of the eligible product. Delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except when the entire order was damaged or incorrect.

05 Payment terms

For any invoiced or wholesale orders, payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. For standard online orders, payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.

06 Pricing & taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes are included or excluded as applicable and, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete your purchase.
