The bilona method
Whole milk from grass-fed desi cows, boiled and set into curd overnight.
The curd is churned both ways to separate fresh white makkhan (butter).
Butter is simmered on a low flame until it turns golden, grainy and aromatic.
Double-filtered and sealed hot into sterilised glass jars — nothing added.
